Bespoke Vanity Unit

Contemporary Master ensuite designed for a new build. The client requested a space which was extremely luxurious and held an atmosphere similar to a spa or hotel. We met this brief by choosing high-end finishes such as brass for the shower and taps which combined beautifully with the rich terrazzo and contemporary marble wall tiles. The spacious shower, freestanding bath and bespoke vanity unit with countertop sink add another level of luxury to the space.

Open plan kitchen and living area

Recent renovation of an open plan kitchen and living area which included structural changes including a wall knockout and the installation of aluminium sliding doors. The Scandinavian style design consists of modern graphite kitchen cabinetry, an off-white quartz worktop, stainless steel cooker and a double Belfast sink on the rectangular island paired with brushed brass Caple taps to coordinate with the brushed brass pendant and wall lights. The living section of the space is light, layered and airy featuring various textures such as a sandstone wall behind the cream wood-burning stove, tongue and groove panelled wall, a bobble area rug, herringbone laminate floor and an antique tan leather chaise lounge.

Living room

A living room designed in a scandi rustic style featuring an inset wood burning stove, a shelved alcove on one side with log storage underneath and a TV shelf on the other side with further log storage and a media box below. The flooring is a light herringbone laminate and the ceiling, coving and ceiling rose are painted Farrow and Ball 'Calamine' to add interest to the room and tie in with the accented achromatic colour scheme of white, grey and pink. The velvet loveseat and sofa add an element of luxury to the room making it a more formal seating area, further enhanced by the picture moulding panelling applied to the white walls.

Contemporary downstairs washroom with black encaustic floor tiles and arrow edged mid-blue wall tiles paired with a brushed brass sink, light and a round leather hanging mirror. 

Coastal apartment kitchen + living

Hallway

Hallway design using existing pine staircase which was painted Farraw and Ball ‘Off Black’ and covered with a leather trimmed steel grey runner. The walls are painted Farrow and Ball ‘Strong white’ and a faux fireplace was installed, the fire surround was painted ‘ Cornforth white’ and tiled with an off white brick tile in a herringbone pattern. The lights chosen are off white fisherman’s lights. The wall leading up the stairs features a gallery wall.

Contemporary bathroom

Contemporary bathroom design for a full property refurb in Dungannon, Co. Tyrone. A deep freestanding bath with stunning antique brass taps sits by a newly installed window looking over the treetops. Double countertop basins are set on a floating black stone vanity with distressed metro tiles as a splashback. Behind a fluted privacy screen is a wall mounted toilet and storage cupboard. The shower enclosure houses a concealed shower and luxurious large format marbled Italian wall tiles.

Period living room

This project was a complete refurbishment of a period terrace in Belfast city centre. The design was made up of a combination of contemporary and more classical elements in keeping with the period features in the property.

My client came to me requesting full restoration of a period terrace in Belfast city centre. There are 3 bedrooms with this being the largest. The architraves were replaced, walls lined and painted and the floorboards were repaired, sanded and stained to retain character. The interior style is mid-century modern to adhere to the period features in the property while introducing some modern pieces to refresh the space.

Scandi bedroom with shutters

Bedroom designed with a Scandinavian style in mind. A scheme of pale neutrals and accent dusky pink which incorporates relaxed textures and materials such as cotton and, wood and bamboo.

The existing ensuite was old and dated and was open to the adjoining bedroom, my client wanted to extend the ensuite and add a door. A stud wall was erected and a pocket door installed. The design is contemporary and fresh, incorporating a modern floating vanity with countertop sink and floor to ceiling marble tiles and a feature splashback.

Attic space converted to a luxurious home cinema room painted Farrow and Ball 'Off black' complete with herringbone floor, soft seating and concealed LED lighting running along the side walls.
